How we handle reviews
We apply the same publication rules to positive and negative reviews. We do not remove a genuine review simply because its rating is low. Spam, irrelevant content, abuse and personal information may be removed. We do not offer rewards for positive reviews or rewrite a customer's opinion.
Verified-purchase labels appear only where purchase verification is available. Product ratings and store experience ratings are counted separately.
